Quilotoa is a water-filled crater lake and the most western volcano in the Ecuadorian Andes.

In the park are Lagunas del Compadre, natural formations that left the ancient glaciers that existed on the ground. They are located 14 kilometers from the refuge of Cajanuma in the park.
