Description

Full day excursion. An unforgettable experience where an outdoor activity is combined, in full contact with nature and the adrenaline of doing an active activity of pure adventure, navigating the rapids of the famous Juramento River. The rafting begins at the base of Salta Rafting, with an instructional rafting and safety course. The equipment is delivered and the descent through the Juramento River rapids begins, there are 10 Class III rapids, 5 Class II rapids, framed by the imposing landscape of the Juramento Canyon, it is like a giant opening between the mountains. Its walls were, 65 million years ago, huge beaches inhabited by prehistoric animals. The descent begins at the base and ends 12 kms. later in the Paraje Los Lapachos. The return to the base by land lasts about 20 minutes and is in charge of Salta Rafting. Difficulty: Intermediate. Includes: transfer: Salta / Base Salta Rafting / Salta, a professional guide per raft, safety kayak, provision of necessary equipment: helmet, paddle, life jacket, neoprene suit, neoprene boots, jacket and waterproof pants; roast with juice.
