Overview

Garajonay National Park is a densely forested area on La Gomera, one of Spain’s Canary Islands. Misty and humid, the park has rare laurel forests and many subtropical plant species.

Description

From the Pajarito trailhead, a circular route reaches Alto de Garajonay peak, with archaeological sites and sweeping views. To the east, Mirador El Bailadero lookout has views of the Los Roques rock formations and of the Hermigua ravine. Enter into the Garajonay National Park and its ravines, on the island of La Gomera. With this hiking route you will have a local guide and transportation from your hotel to discover this World Heritage Site that has no equal in all the Spanish geography.
