Overview
Farellones is a village and ski resort located 36 km from Santiago, Chile. It was founded during the 1930s, nestled in a small valley in the Andes mountains close to other ski areas such as Valle Nevado, La Parva and El Colorado.
Description
The ski resort El Colorado/Farellones is located in the Santiago Metropolitan Region (Región Metropolitana de Santiago) (Chile). For skiing and snowboarding, there are 50 km of slopes available. 23 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 2,350 and 3,333 m.
