The Quebec Winter Carnival is very famous family event that is held in February each year and last for about 10 days.

This huge event comprises the organization of parades, outdoor concerts, where the organizers invite the guests to participate in different kinds of Canadian winter events.
While visiting the carnival don't forget to pay attention at Bonhomme, who is considered to be the ambassador of the event. His image will be everywhere at the carnival.

Quebec Winter Carnival was organized in 1955 and throughout the decades the program of the carnival have been widened. Now the Carnival's program includes different winter activities and sports with adding of some traditions of French Canadian roots. There won't be shortage of contest and games, but surely you have to visit at least one which is called Human Foosball.
