Description

One of the largest skiing areas in the Trentino is surrounded by the Brenta Dolomites, the Adamello-Pesanella mountain range, and the Ortles mountain group. In Folgarida - Marilleva there are two of the valley stations, which are connected with each other by about 26 modern lifts.



Moreover, the skiing area features 34 well-groomed ski slopes (19 easy, 10 medium, 5 difficult), collectively 62 km of ski runs. Skiing the whole day and never skiing down the same piste... And those who still do not have enough can enjoy floodlight skiing!



Another popular activity in the Val di Sole valley is ski mountaineering, which has also a long tradition. Due to the amazing alpine landscape and great snow conditions in winter months, numerous ski alpinists enjoy this activity, Monte Cevedale, Cima Rossa di Saent and Presanella are popular destinations. Also, cross-country skiing is a popular activity in Folgarida - Marilleva. Numerous cross-country ski centers offer well-groomed tracks for beginners and experienced cross-country skiers.
